Assistant Principal
Miss Gayle has taught at a variety of different primary schools in her teaching career. She is the Designated Safeguarding Lead and leads Maths at the academy.
At HPAPW we use 'C-me Colour Profiling' to better understand each other. Each member of staff has a unique colour combination which explains their preferred way of doing things and what they are best at. The ‘C’ highlights these strengths in order (top to bottom) and in proportion.
