Thank you for your interest in Harris Primary Academy Purley Way, whether you are a prospective parent or simply finding out more about our academy.

Since opening in September 2016, Harris Primary Academy Purley Way has grown from a single Reception cohort to a thriving, three-form entry primary school with 630 pupils across 21 classes from Reception to Year 6. We are proud to be recognised by Ofsted as Outstanding.

At the heart of our academy is a commitment to ensuring that every child feels safe, happy and respected. This is embodied in our vision, “Excellence for All”, and underpinned by our core values of Positivity, Ambition and Integrity. These values guide everything we do and are lived out by our pupils, staff and families each day.

Through exceptional teaching, high expectations and a nurturing environment, our pupils achieve outstanding outcomes year after year. While we are immensely proud of their academic success, we are equally committed to developing confident, resilient and compassionate young people. We strive to make our academy a place where children are excited to come each dayready to learn, grow and fulfil their potential.
